Unser erstes KCBS Turnier liegt hinter uns und wir haben uns der Herausforderung in allen 4 Kategorien und der Mystery Box gestellt.
An dieser Stelle danke und an die BBQ Bulls Salzburg für das super organisierte Event und an Helmut Dorfmetzgerei Karl für das kurzfristig organisierte Brisket.
Folgende Rankings haben wir erreicht wobei uns der 12. Platz beim Pulled Pork besonders Stolz macht.

Die Platzierungen zeigen uns das wir an der ein oder anderen Stellschraube noch drehen müssen, obwohl wir mit den Ergebnissen im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden sind (bis auf das Lamm in der Mystery Box^^)
Beim Chicken war vielleicht der Curry nicht das was den Geschmack der Judges traf.

Our first KCBS tournament is behind us and we have faced the challenge in all 4 categories and also the Mystery Box.
At this point we want to thank the BBQ Bulls Salzburg for the well organized event and Helmut Dorfmetzgerei Karl for the short term organized brisket.
We achieved the following rankings where the 12th place at the Pulled Pork makes us especially proud.

The positions show us that we still have to adjust one or the other screw, although we are satisfied with the results (except for the lamb in the Mystery Box^^).
Maybe the curry wasn’t what the judges liked about chicken.
